Applications:

•  Thickness : Common thickness is 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, etc.
•  Size  : Width is generally not more than 5 meters, height is generally not more than 4 meters. If this size is exceeded, it is usually necessary to cut the object, plated with color, and then spliced.
• Welding process: There are two main welding processes for weathering steel screens:
  –   Full welding  : All contact places of the two workpieces ready to be welded together are fused welding, so that the surface cannot see the weld, and the natural transition between the two welded parts.
  –   Spot welding : Solder joints are added on the side of the part to connect the two parts, and the gap between the two parts is visible on the front.
• Surface treatment: Weathering steel screens usually need surface treatment, such as vacuum plating or water plating (traditional electroplating method), to enhance their weather resistance and beauty.
• Material : Common weather resistant steel.
